Ok, I have seen a lot of color pickers and color tools on the Web in my time but this has to be one of the handiest tools around. Petr Stanicek has created a very useful Color scheme picker. You can chose base colors and complements, split complements, double contrast, monochromatic, and analogic. After that you can dig in deeper and refine the scheme by clicking on the hex color to the right. Additionally it allows you to select regular vision as well as the various types of color blindness.
